Shark SUPs is a UK-based company with a mission to help more people enjoy paddleboarding with confidence and excitement. We are a small, passionate team and we take pride in delivering high-quality products and helpful customer service.
We understand that issues can sometimes arise. When they do, we work hard to resolve them quickly and fairly. You will always be speaking to real people who genuinely want to help. All we ask is that you speak to us kindly, as friendly conversations always lead to the quickest and best outcome.

Sale Items
Sometimes we introduce discounts or promotional prices. These prices apply only at the time they are shown.
Sale items are offered at a reduced price for a limited period. These prices apply only at the moment of purchase.
If a sale begins after you have placed your order, we cannot retrospectively reduce or refund the amount paid.
Shipping
UK Shipping
We process orders promptly and aim to deliver as quickly as possible. We provide next day delivery for orders placed before 3pm. Our main couriers are Royal Mail Tracked 24, DPD and UPS. If you have a preferred courier, please get in touch with our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
As a business, we pay our couriers for next day delivery services. During busy periods they may not always achieve this standard. If a delay occurs, please do not blame us. We genuinely tried our best to get your order to you on time.
If you experience any courier issues, please do not get stressed dealing with courier call centres. Contact us directly with the problem and we can usually resolve it far more quickly on your behalf.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide and delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination.
Worldwide deliveries are shipped with UPS for all orders over £150. For orders under £150 and for smaller items, we use Royal Mail. Most international deliveries arrive within 3 to 5 days, but this may vary.
Duties and Taxes
Orders over £150: Shark SUPs pays the duty and tax.
Orders £150 or under: The customer is responsible for paying duty and tax upon import.
Import rules differ between countries. If you are unsure, please check your local regulations or contact our customer service team. We are always happy to help and can provide guidance on expected delivery times and import requirements.
Free Items
We sometimes include free items with your order, such as a Shark SUPs phone case or other branded accessories. These items are complimentary and are not covered by warranty. If you experience an issue with a free item, please let us know and we will do our best to help with an affordable replacement option where possible.
Open Packaging
To ensure products arrive in perfect condition, we occasionally open and check items such as pumps, paddles and leashes before dispatch. Because of this, you may receive packaging that has been resealed with plain tape. The product inside is brand new and has simply been inspected for quality.
Warranty and Returns
Standard Warranty
If you experience an issue with your Shark SUPs product, we will assess it for warranty eligibility.
If the item is found to be faulty, we will repair it or replace it with the same model. If that model is no longer available, we will supply the updated equivalent.
Warranty covers repair or replacement only and does not include upgrades or exchanges for different models.
Warranty Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending an item back to us for assessment.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, Shark SUPs will cover the cost of sending the repaired or replacement item back to you.
Clearance Items
Clearance items are sold at a heavily reduced price and are non-refundable.
If you choose to return a clearance item, we will issue a credit voucher valid for 3 months.
The cost of shipping will be deducted from the voucher amount.
Payment Options
We partner with Klarna Bank AB to provide flexible payment methods, including Pay in 3.
All payments and personal data are handled directly by Klarna in accordance with their privacy policy.
