At Shark SUP’s, we are a UK-based business with a mission to spread the joy of paddleboarding worldwide. We strive to ensure every customer is thrilled with their Shark SUP’s experience and ready to hit the water with a smile. Our team is small but passionate, and we pride ourselves on offering top-quality products and excellent customer service.

We understand that occasionally, issues may arise. When this happens, our goal is to resolve any problems as quickly and effectively as possible. Please remember, you’re talking to real people who genuinely care about making you happy. We ask that you treat us with kindness and understanding—friendly conversations are the fastest way to resolve any concerns!

Sales
Occasionally, brands offer sales or discounts, and we’re committed to passing those savings on to you. However, if a sale price is introduced after your purchase, we cannot retrospectively adjust the price of your order.

Shipping
UK Shipping: All orders are processed promptly, and we aim to deliver your items as quickly as possible.
Worldwide Shipping: We offer international shipping to many countries. Please note that delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Items
From time to time, we may include complimentary items with your order, such as Shark SUP’s branded accessories. These items are provided free of charge and are not covered by warranty. If you experience any issues with a free item, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to provide an affordable solution.

Open Packaging
To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we occasionally spot-check items such as paddles, pumps, and leashes before dispatch. As a result, some packaging may appear resealed with non-branded tape. Rest assured, your product is brand new and thoroughly inspected for quality.

Warranty & Returns
Standard Warranty: If you experience an issue with your Shark SUP’s product, we will assess the item for warranty coverage. If deemed faulty, we will repair or replace the product with a like-for-like replacement. If the exact model is no longer available, we will provide the updated version of the product. Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement and does not include upgrades.
Warranty Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item for warranty assessment. If the item is deemed faulty, Shark SUP’s will cover the cost of return shipping.
Clearance Items: Items marked as clearance are heavily discounted and are non-refundable. If returned, we will provide a credit voucher valid for 3 months. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit amount.
Payment Options
We are proud to partner with Klarna Bank AB to offer flexible payment options, including “Pay in 3.” Payments are managed directly by Klarna, and your personal data is handled in accordance with their privacy policy. For more information about Klarna, please visit their website.
