Shark SUPs Warranty
Warranty Periods
Shark SUPs provides a 3-year warranty on all brand-new inflatable paddleboards.
All accessories are covered for 12 months.
Warranty periods are measured from the date you receive your goods
General Warranty Terms and Conditions
The Shark SUPs warranty applies only to items purchased directly from Shark SUPs or from an authorised retail partner.
Shark SUPs is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of a warranty claim.
Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable, unless required otherwise by local consumer law.
If a product needs to be returned for assessment, you must use the returns label supplied by Shark SUPs Customer Service.
- For purchases under 6 months old, Shark SUPs will provide a prepaid drop-off label.
- After 6 months, the customer is responsible for return postage and must use a tracked service.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Original packaging should be used where possible. If unavailable, the customer must provide suitable replacement packaging to protect the goods in transit.
Warranty Coverage
The Shark SUPs warranty covers manufacturing defects only, such as:
- Seam leaks or structural failure
- Faulty valve performance
- Internal material faults that affect performance or safety
If a covered issue is confirmed, we will either repair the product or replace it new-for-old.
If a repair is the most suitable solution, we will arrange this quickly.
If replacement is required, a board will be dispatched once the defect is verified.
Replacement boards are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, starting from the original delivery date.
Rail Edge Disclaimer
All Shark SUPs boards include a premium 1000-denier rail edge for enhanced durability and stiffness.
It is completely normal for the outer rail colour (orange) to show scuffs, marks or cosmetic abrasion in areas where the board is:
- dragged on the ground
- rolled for packing
- transported or handled
- rested on abrasive or uneven surfaces
These cosmetic marks do not affect performance, are expected with normal use, and are not covered under warranty.
Board Registration
If your board was purchased directly from Shark SUPs or from an authorised retail partner, your order confirmation acts as your warranty and no registration is required.
Repairs and Sustainability
Where damage occurs, Shark SUPs aims to keep your board on the water and out of landfill.
Once damage is confirmed and a valid purchase is verified, Shark SUPs will:
- Provide spare parts or repair materials free of charge, and
- Supply details for approved repair centres that can carry out the work.
Accidental damage, impact damage, misuse, or storage-related issues are not covered under warranty but can often be repaired by a professional service centre.
In some cases, replacement parts may be supplied without the need for a return, in line with our sustainability commitment.
Product Disclaimer
Shark SUPs boards are produced using a blend of precision manufacturing and skilled hand assembly.
Because of this process, small cosmetic variations may be present, such as:
- Minor glue residue or faint marks
- Small cosmetic blemishes
- Slight visual imperfections that do not affect board performance
These are normal characteristics of hand-finished production and not considered defects.
If you believe your item has a problem, Shark SUPs will review it and advise whether it affects function or quality.
